Delhi's Transport Future: MoU Paves Way for Modern DTC HQ
The Delhi Transport Corporation (DTC) and the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation (DSIIDC) have signed an MoU to construct a state-of-the-art headquarters. Estimated at Rs 207 crore, this eco-friendly development will feature sustainable amenities and modern facilities, addressing the demands of Delhi's expanding transport sector.

The Delhi Transport Corporation and the Delhi State Industrial and Infrastructure Development Corporation finalized plans to develop a modern, eco-friendly headquarters for the public transporter. The initiative, valued at Rs 207 crore, aims to replace the outdated DTC office with a state-of-the-art facility in Delhi.
The expansive site will span 26,015.78 square metres and incorporate sustainable features, a commercial usage lease, and parking for buses and cars. The development aligns with sustainable goals, integrating green spaces and modern infrastructure to support Delhi's transport expansion.
Transport Minister Pankaj Singh highlighted the significance of the agreement, projecting a completion timeline of two and a half years. The project, with its advanced technological and architectural elements, promises to reshape DTC's operational capabilities and foster future innovation.
