In a remarkable real estate achievement, Dubai-based Danube Group has sold out its SHAHRUKHZ tower, a premium commercial project named after Bollywood icon Shah Rukh Khan. The project, spanning one million square feet, has been sold for over Rs 5,000 crore amid a high demand for office spaces.
Located on Sheikh Zayed Road, the tower was launched in collaboration with Khan, drawing a massive audience of about 7,000 people at its unveiling event. The sale has surpassed initial expectations, fetching AED 2.1 billion from eager buyers.
Set to complete by 2029, the SHAHRUKHZ tower is poised to become a prominent business landmark in Dubai. This collaboration may herald more celebrity-themed projects by Danube, as hinted by Chairman Rizwan Sajan and Shah Rukh Khan.
