Tragic Collision on Purvanchal Expressway Claims Five Lives

In a tragic incident on the Purvanchal Expressway, five individuals lost their lives, and four others sustained injuries when an SUV crashed into a stationary hatchback. The collision occurred in the Haidergarh area on Wednesday evening.
Immediately following the impact, both vehicles caught fire. The hatchback, carrying a family of six, was stopped on the expressway, reportedly for a water break, when the SUV rammed into it. Five of the hatchback occupants died instantly, and it's reported that the survivors include the sixth hatchback passenger and three SUV occupants.
Authorities have identified the deceased as Gulishtha, aged 49, Samreen, 22, Ilma Khan, 12, Ishma Khan, 6, and Jian, 10. The four injured parties were rushed to the Haidergarh Community Health Centre, with two in critical condition. A police investigation into the exact circumstances of this tragic event is ongoing.
