The first incident occurred on Friday night in Gumla district, where a car collided with a motorcycle, tragically killing 55-year-old Prem Kujur, a school principal. The impact dragged the vehicles down the road, igniting them in flames.
On Saturday, additional accidents on NH-23 and NH-139 resulted in more injuries, further highlighting the persistent dangers on Jharkhand's highways. Authorities emphasize the urgent need for enhanced road safety measures.
