Coca-Cola India's Profit Surges Amid Revenue Growth in FY25

Coca-Cola India, a major player in the beverage industry, has reported a substantial increase in profit and revenue for the fiscal year 2025. The company's consolidated profit rose by 46.3% to reach Rs 615.03 crore, while revenue from operations grew by 7% to Rs 5,042.56 crore.
According to data accessed via Tofler, Coca-Cola India's total income, including other income, surged by 7.7% to Rs 5,171.48 crore. Despite a decrease in advertising and sales promotion expenses by Rs 13.75 crore, to Rs 1,311.13 crore, the company experienced an uptick in royalty payments to its parent company, The Coca-Cola Company, by 9.65%.
Operating with renowned brands like Coca-Cola, Thums Up, and Sprite, Coca-Cola India, an unlisted entity, navigated through a challenging market with improved financial metrics. The company's total expenses saw a modest rise of 2.8%, while its tax expenditure increased by 33% to Rs 228.08 crore. Furthermore, the parent company has divested 40% of its stake in its bottling unit, Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt Ltd, to Jubilant Bhartia Group.
