Kredily, a Bengaluru-based human resource management system (HRMS) and payroll technology company, has launched a one-year complimentary Bharat Payroll OS Plan to aid Indian MSMEs and startups in adapting to India's new labor codes. The initiative underscores the importance of compliance as a critical business requirement.
This strategic move by Kredily aligns with the Next Generation Incubation Scheme (NGIS) Chunauti 5.0 Framework, supported by the Meity Startup Hub through the Samridh scheme. It is available to DPIIT-recognized startups and MSMEs with valid Udyam registration, as well as chartered accountant firms for their clients.
Kredily's plan addresses increasing scrutiny on compliance areas like provident fund, employee state insurance, and wage structuring, providing an automated, regulation-aligned payroll system. This system seeks to ensure that smaller businesses, especially in tier-2 and tier-3 cities, can maintain operations without disruption or risk of penalties.
