Tragic Collision in Fog Leaves Two Dead, Ten Injured

A tragic head-on collision between a bus and a car occurred amidst dense fog on the Raebareli-Sultanpur highway, resulting in the deaths of two individuals and injuries to ten others, authorities reported on Sunday.
The accident took place near Babu Ganj, with poor visibility cited as a key factor in the collision. The deceased, Deepak Singh, 45, from Anni Baijal in Gauriganj, and Rituraj Yadav, 35, from Kaushambi, were in the car and lost their lives instantly.
Emergency responders transported the injured to the district hospital in Gauriganj, where four are reported to be in a critical state. Shyam Narayan Pandey, the Station House Officer of Gauriganj, confirmed an ongoing investigation into the incident's circumstances.
