Tragic Collision: Pilgrimage Bus and Truck Crash on Jodhpur-Jaisalmer Highway

A bus returning from a religious pilgrimage was involved in a fatal accident with a trailer truck on the Jodhpur-Jaisalmer highway, leaving four dead and sixteen injured, according to police reports.
The incident took place around 4.30 pm near the Mulanada royalty checkpoint in Keru village. Onboard the bus were 20 residents of Ramana Rupan village from Gujarat's Aravalli district, returning from Baba Ramdev's shrine in Ramdeora, Jaisalmer district.
The authorities have confirmed that the injured were rushed to MDM Hospital, while the remains of the deceased have been preserved in the mortuary for family retrieval.
