A bus carrying members of a wedding party collided with a truck on B T Road in North 24 Parganas district, resulting in at least ten injuries, according to a senior police officer.
The crash occurred near Panihati Sporting Club ground as the bus was traveling towards Dunlop crossing from the wedding reception.
The injured passengers were quickly taken to Sagar Dutta Medical College and Hospital in Kamarhati, receiving prompt medical attention for their injuries.
