Real estate firm Onward Workspaces has made a significant foray into the expanding world of managed workspaces by leasing a substantial area to global giant Accenture in Noida. The leased space, covering 1.65 lakh square feet and comprising 1,460 desks, is situated at Onward's 'Ace Capitol' center in Sector 132.

The transaction marks an era of growing demand for co-working solutions, as noted by the firm's authoritative statement released on Friday, underlining the ongoing trend towards flexible office spaces. From March 1, 2026, Onward Workspaces will provide Accenture with a fully customized, design-led workspace.

Founded in 2019, Onward Workspaces now manages over 8 lakh square feet across Delhi-NCR. In line with industry projections by Colliers, the annual leasing by co-working operators in India is poised to reach 15-18 million square feet this year, representing 20-25% of the total leasing activities across key urban centers.
