Bengaluru's leading coworking brand, BHIVE, is making significant strides by announcing its entry into North Bengaluru with a new space at Phoenix Asia Towers in Hebbal. This expansion marks the debut of BHIVE's Platinum Plus category workspace, spanning approximately 1.4 lakh sq. ft. and designed to accommodate over 2,600 professionals.

The development, a collaboration with The Phoenix Mills Limited, represents BHIVE's commitment to scaling its campus-first model. As the second-largest managed workspace provider for enterprises, the company aims to add 1 million sq. ft. of new capacity by 2026, with an investment of around Rs. 250-300 crore, to meet rising demand.

BHIVE's new facility at Phoenix Asia Towers is located within a U.S. Green Building Council Platinum Plus certified property, offering sustainable and future-ready infrastructure. It features The Great Hall, fostering business, community, and lifestyle interactions, and aims to redefine workplace experiences with a blend of coworking spaces, private cabins, and customizable managed offices.
