Flipkart has announced the successful alignment of its Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) framework with global ISO 31000:2018 guidelines following an independent assessment by the British Standards Institution (BSI).

This assessment covered various operations including technology, supply chain logistics, platform management, and human resources, confirming the robustness and integrity of Flipkart's risk management strategies.
