Mangalam Worldwide's Profit Soars by 81% Amid Cost Reductions
Stainless-steel manufacturer Mangalam Worldwide saw an 81% rise in net profit, reaching Rs 15.37 crore for the March quarter. This surge was driven by reduced expenses, shrinking from Rs 318 crore to Rs 250 crore. While income decreased in Q4, annual income rose by 14% to Rs 1,214.98 crore.
Stainless-steel manufacturer Mangalam Worldwide has achieved a significant 81% increase in consolidated net profit, amounting to Rs 15.37 crore in the quarter ending March 31. This impressive growth is attributed primarily to a reduction in expenses.
The company reported expenses of Rs 250 crore for the quarter, a notable decrease from the Rs 318 crore recorded in the same period of the previous year. As a result, despite a drop in quarterly income to Rs 266.50 crore from Rs 324.56 crore a year earlier, profitability improved substantially.
For the full fiscal year 2025-26, Mangalam Worldwide's income rose by 14%, reaching Rs 1,214.98 crore, compared to Rs 1,066.03 crore in the previous fiscal year. Based in Gujarat, the company's operations span from scrap melting to the manufacturing of seamless pipes and tubes.
