Surging Sales: Honda's Impressive April Growth

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India reported a robust 17% increase in total sales for April, with domestic sales rising 14.7% and exports skyrocketing by 37.4%. The company's agile response to market dynamics continues to deliver sustainable growth in the two-wheeler segment.

Honda Motorcycle & Scooter India Pvt Ltd announced a significant 17% boost in total sales, reaching 5.63 lakh units in April, up from 4.80 lakh units during the same period last year.

In April 2026, domestic sales increased to 4.84 lakh units, marking a 14.7% rise, compared to 4.22 lakh units the previous year, according to HMSI's statement. Exports also saw a remarkable upswing, surging 37.4% to 79,600 units from 57,900 units last year.

HMSI President & CEO Tsutsumu Otani commented on the resilience of demand across the two-wheeler market, emphasizing the company's commitment to agile market responses and sustainable growth strategies.
