Akasa Air Takes Off from Noida with New Daily Flights
Akasa Air is set to launch flights from Noida International Airport on June 16, marking it the second airline to operate from the new airport. The carrier will offer daily connections to Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai, while also establishing a maintenance facility on-site.
Akasa Air is poised to commence flights from Noida International Airport on June 16, as it becomes the second airline to operate from this newly inaugurated facility. The airport, which opened its doors on March 28, will commence its commercial operations on June 15.
The airline announced plans to offer daily flights linking Noida with Bengaluru and Navi Mumbai starting June 16. Akasa Air aims to progressively enhance its network from this strategic hub, with a focus on expanding both domestic and international connections over time.
In addition to its flight services, Akasa Air will establish a Maintenance, Repair, and Overhaul (MRO) facility within the airport premises. It's noteworthy that IndiGo will be the first to begin operations from this airport, with scheduled flights to Lucknow and Bengaluru from June 15.
