The performance marks a robust fiscal year, characterized by record leasing of 4 million square feet, which contributed to an increased occupancy rate. CEO Alok Aggarwal highlighted the strategic acquisition of Ecoworld in Bengaluru as a key diversifying factor for the portfolio.
Aggarwal also noted over Rs 82 billion was raised from investors, strengthening Brookfield's position to capitalize on growth opportunities. With steady leasing momentum and a high-quality asset pipeline, the trust is poised for continued success.
