Resonia Appoints Aditya Mittal as New CFO

Resonia has appointed Aditya Mittal as its new CFO. Mittal joins from Siemens, bringing over 15 years of experience. His appointment is expected to strengthen Resonia's financial strategies and governance as the company enters a new growth phase under the leadership of CEO Prashant Sinha.

Resonia, a leading transmission infrastructure company, announced on Tuesday that Aditya Mittal has been appointed as its new Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

Before joining Resonia, Mittal amassed over 15 years of experience at Siemens and Siemens Energy, with his most recent role being Finance Head – Grid Solutions at Siemens Energy.

Mittal is set to play a crucial role in enhancing Resonia's financial strategies as it embarks on a new growth phase under the guidance of CEO Prashant Sinha. Sinha praised Mittal's global experience and expertise in navigating complex business landscapes, emphasizing the value he will bring to the leadership team.
