The accident, involving a speeding truck, also claimed the lives of a nine-year-old girl and an unidentified passenger, leaving four others injured. According to police reports, the impact left the autorickshaw mangled, with rescue teams facing challenges in freeing trapped passengers.
The police have launched an investigation to identify the truck involved. Meanwhile, the bereaved family grapples with the aftermath as they decide how to inform their diabetic mother, who is unaware of the tragedy.
