Hearzap's Strategic Leap: Acquisition of Amplifon India
Hearzap announced the acquisition of Amplifon India to expand its presence across the country. Backed by 360 ONE Asset Management, this deal enhances Hearzap's network to 430 points of sale and over 1,000 service providers. The aim is to exceed Rs 230 crore in topline revenue post-acquisition.
Hearzap, a prominent hearing care provider, has announced its acquisition of Amplifon India, marking a significant expansion step within the country. The acquisition agreement is backed by notable investors, including 360 ONE Asset Management, emphasizing Hearzap's growth ambitions.
Amplifon India boasts around 240 hearing care points of sale nationwide. With this acquisition, Hearzap will bolster its operations to 430 points of sale, serving a vast clientele with over 1,000 service providers. This move is projected to elevate the combined entity's revenue to over Rs 230 crore.
S Raja, Founder of Hearzap, highlighted the merger's potential to foster investment in audiology talent and innovation. The company plans to intensify its efforts in expanding its market reach and aims for a network of 500 centers by 2027, with revenue targets of Rs 250 crore by year's end and a near-doubling by FY29.
