GE Vernova T&D India’s Profits Surge in March Quarter

GE Vernova T&D India has reported a remarkable achievement, nearly doubling its net profit to Rs 351.77 crore for the March quarter. This impressive rise is attributed to a significant increase in revenues over the same period last year, according to a recent regulatory filing.
The company's total income grew substantially, reaching Rs 1,674.24 crore during the quarter, compared to Rs 1,173.65 crore in the year-ago period. Annually, net profit soared to Rs 1,233.25 crore for the 2025-26 financial year, a stark increase from the previous year's Rs 608.33 crore, while total income rose to Rs 6,297.15 crore.
The board has proposed a final dividend at a rate of 500%, translating to Rs 10 per equity share. This proposal is awaiting shareholder approval at the upcoming Annual General Meeting. The dividend is planned for distribution within 30 days post-approval.
