Jaipur Dairy has increased the prices of its milk products, including Saras milk and dairy items, by up to Rs 2 per litre or packet, effective from Thursday.

Jaipur District Milk Producers Cooperative Union Limited, popularly known as Jaipur Dairy, has increased the prices of Saras milk by Rs 2 per litre with effect from Thursday.

According to the revised rate list issued by the dairy, Saras toned milk (blue) will now cost Rs 56 per litre against the earlier price of Rs 54, while standard milk has been increased to Rs 62 per litre from Rs 60. Saras Gold milk will now be available at Rs 70 per litre, up from Rs 68 earlier.

The dairy has also increased prices of curd, buttermilk, lassi and paneer.

The price of a 200-gram paneer packet has been raised from Rs 76 to Rs 80, while the one-kg packet will now cost Rs 385 instead of Rs 362.

Similarly, the price of a 200-gram curd packet has been increased to Rs 18 from Rs 16, while the 400-gram packet will now cost Rs 36 against Rs 32 earlier.

Plain buttermilk price has gone up by Rs 1 per packet, while lassi and salted buttermilk have become costlier by Rs 2 each.
