Bectors Food's Profits Edge Up in March Quarter, Revenue Sees 9% Increase

Bectors Food Specialities Ltd reported a 3.29% rise in net profit for the March quarter of FY26, posting Rs 35.40 crore in earnings. Revenue from operations increased by 8.91% to Rs 485.86 crore. Total expenses rose 9%, while the annual net profit fell 1.64% to Rs 140.88 crore.

Bectors Food Specialities Ltd revealed a 3.29% increase in its consolidated net profit for the March quarter of FY26, reaching Rs 35.40 crore. This is a rise from the Rs 34.27 crore profit in the same period last year, as announced in a BSE filing.

The company's operational revenue expanded 8.91% to Rs 485.86 crore compared to Rs 446.07 crore in the previous year's March quarter. Alongside this, Bectors Food's total expenses saw a 9% increase, climbing to Rs 449.26 crore during the same period.

For the entire fiscal year FY26, the net profit slightly dipped 1.64% to Rs 140.88 crore, although the total consolidated revenue climbed 9% to Rs 2,074.68 crore. The company's board has suggested a final dividend of Rs 0.70 per equity share, pending shareholder approval.

Serving as a significant partner to Walmart, Bectors Food remains a strategic supplier and white-label collaborator for the retail giant. Despite the financial achievements, its stock closed marginally down by 0.14% at Rs 1,288.85 on BSE.
