The investment was spearheaded by notable industry giants HCLTech and Bessemer Venture Partners, alongside continuing contributions from Khosla Ventures and Peak XV Partners. This funding will bolster Sarvam's efforts in enhancing AI infrastructure and further its research in developing models for agency, coding, and cybersecurity.
With a $150 million strategic stake, HCLTech asserts its commitment to forging a globally competitive AI ecosystem. Amid rapidly scaling operations, Sarvam looks to position its unique full-stack AI offerings as indispensable resources for enterprises and governments across India.
