IIM Udaipur Celebrates First Foundation Day with Insights and Achievements

IIM Udaipur marked a significant milestone on July 27, 2024, celebrating its first Foundation Day. The event was attended by notable guests such as Prof. Mahan Maharaj and members of the Board of Governors, including Mr. D. Shivakumar.

The ceremony began with a welcome address by Prof. Rajesh Nanarpuzha, reflecting on the institute's journey since its inception in 2011. Prof. Ashok Banerjee highlighted the community's six core values—Excellence, Integrity, Transparency, Mutual Respect, Inclusion, and Environmental Consciousness. Mr. D. Shivakumar praised the institute's unique positioning as a research leader among business schools worldwide.

The event also included the felicitation of faculty and staff for their decade-long contributions and the announcement of new alumni initiatives. The closing remarks by Prof. Anirban Adhikary expressed gratitude to everyone involved in the event.
