U.S. District Judge Richard Stearns ruled that the plaintiffs had plausibly alleged that Harvard's response to incidents was insufficient, stating that the 'facts as pled show that Harvard failed its Jewish students.'

The lawsuit will now move forward, allowing further examination of Harvard's actions in addressing antisemitism among its student body.
