China’s youth unemployment rate for the age group of 16-to-24, excluding college students, stood at 17.1% in July, the national statistics bureau reported on Friday.

The unemployment rate for individuals aged 25-to-29, also excluding college students, was recorded at 6.5%, while the rate for those between 30 and 59 years of age was 3.9%.
