Hotel Workers Strike in Boston and Greenwich

Over 1,000 hotel workers in the U.S. cities of Boston and Greenwich commenced a strike after contract discussions with major hotel operators Marriott, Hilton, and Hyatt reached an impasse, according to the Unite Here union on Sunday.

The striking workers in Boston and Greenwich are expected to maintain their protest for three days, with further walkouts anticipated through the weekend, the union noted.
