Rajasthan Education Minister Madan Dilawar has issued a controversial statement, stating that any school textbooks referring to Mughal emperor Akbar as 'great' would be burned.
This declaration came during an event in Udaipur, where Dilawar addressed an audience at the Vivekanand Auditorium of Mohanlal Sukhadia University.
Dilawar criticized the comparison of Akbar to Maharana Pratap, describing it as an affront to the Rajput king's legacy and Jaipur's pride.
