India's leading School Edtech firm, LEAD Group, has announced the launch of the TECHBOOK, an advanced educational tool designed to revolutionize traditional textbook-driven learning. This innovation amalgamates three state-of-the-art technologies and aligns with the NCF curriculum to address current educational challenges faced by students.

LEAD Group's co-founder and CEO, Sumeet Mehta, stated, 'For centuries, the textbook has remained largely unchanged, whereas sectors like AI and AR/VR have evolved drastically, offering personalized and multi-modal experiences. The TECHBOOK is a groundbreaking outcome of meticulous research in technology, pedagogy, and curriculum development, destined to transform the educational landscape.' The aim is for India’s top 5000 schools to adopt the TECHBOOK by 2028, transitioning to more interactive and personalized learning environments.

Among its features, the TECHBOOK integrates Augmented Reality to bring 2D text to life, enhanced language learning through an Independent Reading Assistant, and Personalized Interactive Exercises for self-paced education. Initially, the TECHBOOK will be available to 400 innovative schools on an invitation-only basis, aiming to set a new standard in incorporating advanced technology in education.
