UpGrad's strategy involves investing early in 5-6 startups, avoiding the burdensome valuation game while fostering frugal innovation. The company has also announced a collaboration with Microsoft to train 10 lakh STEM professionals on AI, showcasing a commitment to revolutionizing education through technology.

The 'upGrad AI incubator' will support startups that facilitate scalable content creation and AI-driven tutoring, aiming to expand access to quality education. As part of this initiative, upGrad has already invested in a startup named ZuAI, known for its AI assistant tool addressing specific learning challenges.
