The agreement will see the launch of the Olympic Values Education Programme (OVEP) in schools statewide, aiming to instill sportsmanship and life skills among the youth.

The initiative, witnessed by Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma and Olympic gold medalist Abhinav Bindra, is hailed as transformative and meaningful. Sangma committed to prioritizing youth development in policymaking, underlining that the initiative will shape young minds not just in sports but also in core values.
