The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) achieved a remarkable feat by setting a Guinness World Record for the largest career advice session held in Mumbai. This groundbreaking event, titled 'Career in Accounting and Finance for Youth (CAFY 4.0) & Super Mega Career Counselling Programme,' gathered more than 7,400 students and individuals on a single day.
Across India, the event attracted a staggering participation of over 1.3 lakh attendees, showcasing an unprecedented commitment to guiding youth in their career choices. The gathering at Mumbai emerged as the largest, with 6,166 students, marking a record-breaking achievement.
ICAI President Charanjot Singh Nanda expressed pride in this accomplishment, emphasizing the institute's dedication to nurturing young talent by offering advice in diverse streams like humanities, science, and commerce, thus opening doors to global opportunities.
