CEPT University has announced the launch of its groundbreaking, two-year MBA in Real Estate program designed to offer an interdisciplinary educational approach. This new full-time program, under the Faculty of Management, aims to integrate areas like land and urban planning, sustainability, construction technology, finance, and strategic real estate management.
The program offers a comprehensive curriculum drawing from CEPT University's diverse faculties, including Planning, Technology, Architecture, and Design. Students will explore key aspects of the built environment through modules covering macro-market strategy, project development, and data analytics. Global exposure is provided through partnerships with 40 esteemed international institutions.
Dean Pranavant of CEPT University emphasizes the program's alignment with current urban challenges, highlighting the need for professionals adept in managing city growth and infrastructure. Program Chair Dr. Sejal Patel points out the sector's evolving demands and the program's focus on equipping students with crucial skills for leadership and innovation in urban development.
