Of the 16,285 students registered, 215 participants missed the exam, which proceeded across 34 designated centres. Collector Rahul Kumar Meena played a pivotal role, overseeing and refining logistical arrangements beforehand.

Amid the oppressive summer heat, authorities ensured facilities like shaded waiting areas, adequate drinking supply, and basic medical amenities were accessible. A control room was operational at the collectorate for addressing any student or parental issues as they arose.
