IIM Ranchi Shines with Record Placements: A Package to Remember

IIM Ranchi achieved a remarkable milestone in the 2025-26 academic session with 100% placement success. A standout executive MBA student secured a record-breaking Rs 1.2 crore annual package, showcasing the institute's strong industry connections and commitment to excellence in business education.

In a significant achievement for IIM Ranchi, the institute recorded 100% placements for the 2025-26 academic session, the final placement report revealed.

A remarkable highlight was an Executive MBA student securing a Rs 1.2 crore package annually for a leadership position, as announced by Director Prof Deepak Kumar Srivastava.

With 421 students participating, including 50 from the Executive MBA, offers were rolled out by 60 companies. Notably, the top 25% of students received an average annual package of Rs 24.83 lakh.
