Kerala has showcased a remarkable leap in educational performance, as reflected in the latest Performance Grading Index (PGI) by the Union Education Ministry, moving from Prachesta-3 to Prachesta-2 in one year.
The state's overall PGI score climbed from 594.2 to 687.7, an impressive 93.5-point jump, highlighting Kerala's targeted efforts in enhancing learning outcomes and developing educational infrastructure.
This achievement, not reliant on the National Education Policy (NEP), underscores the success of initiatives by the LDF government and the General Education Department, positioning Kerala alongside top-performing regions like Punjab and Chandigarh.
