Henry Cavill in Fast and Furious 9? Movie is likely to start filming in April 2019

After the release of ‘Fast and Furious 8’ (Fast & Furious 8) titled ‘The Fate of the Furious’ in April 2017, fans are passionately waiting to know the development behind the making of ‘Fast and Furious 9’.

‘Fast and Furious 9’ will not appear before April 2020. The latest instalment in the action movie series is setting up to film in 2019 in the United Kingdom. A couple of days back rumor broke out that Henry Cavill would no longer play the role of Superman in DC comic featured movie and he is hoping to get a role in Vin Diesel’s upcoming ninth instalment of the franchise.

One insider told OK! that “the 35-year old Henry Cavill is hoping to get a role on of the upcoming films, so he asked Dwayne Johnson to assist him.” Henry, as the insider informed, was confident that “Dwayne (The Rock) can make this happen as he has a lot of power in Hollywood.” He is not giving his effort to steal the spotlight from Dwayne as he is happy to take the backseat. He just (reportedly) wants to be in the movies.

As far as the cast in ‘Fast and Furious 9’ is concerned, Jason Statham and The Rock may not reprise their roles due to ‘Hobbs and Shaw,” the movie which is slated to hit the big screens on July 26, 2019. Equally, the participation of Michelle Rodriguez and Charlize Theron is uncertain who were seen playing the roles of Letty Ortiz and Cipher in ‘Fast and Furious 8’.

Vin Diesel is very much in favour of Michelle Rodriguez’s return as she has been the part of all the movies since 2001. There is also a huge possibility of Brian O'Conner’s character appearance with the help of various visual effects to portray him like Paul Walker who died in a road crash in November 2013.

On the other hand, Tyrese Gibson is also slated to return. Mia Toretto actress Jordana Brewster will be present in the upcoming movie as already confirmed by Vin Diesel via Instagram. Her returning in the role is one reason why Brian O'Conner character is highly expected to be shown in the movie.

‘Fast and Furious 9’ is slated to be released on April 10, 2020.
