Jharkhand Governor C P Radhakrishnan extended his condolences on Saturday, following the death of eminent media personality Ramoji Rao, stating that his legacy will continue to inspire many.
In a heartfelt post on social media platform X, Radhakrishnan remarked, 'Deeply saddened by the passing away of Ramoji Group's founder, Ramoji Rao Garu. His contributions will continue to inspire us all. This is an irreparable loss.'
Chief Minister Champai Soren shared his grief as well, noting that Rao's demise leaves a significant void in the media and film industries. 'May God grant peace to the departed soul and give strength to the bereaved family in this hour of grief,' added Soren.
Ramoji Rao, the 88-year-old chairman of the Ramoji Group, died in Hyderabad early Saturday morning. According to ETV Telangana, one of the Ramoji group channels, Rao, who had been receiving treatment for the past few days, passed away at 4:50 am.
