Tara Sutaria Dismisses Rumors of Joining Yash-Starrer 'Toxic'

Fans have been eagerly awaiting updates on the Yash-starrer 'Toxic' since its announcement. Recently, reports suggested that actor Tara Sutaria would play the second female lead and Yash's love interest.

However, on Friday, Tara took to Instagram to pen a cryptic note refuting these claims. She stated, "The articles released over the last few days about a project and I are false and not shared by me," without mentioning the name of the film.

She added, "Whenever there is something to share, I will share it with all of you! My love always. PS - Nobody is second to anyone." 'Toxic' was announced in December 2023.

Furthermore, Yash shared an Instagram post quoting Rumi, "What you seek is seeking you," with the hashtag #TOXIC. Directed by Geetu Mohandas, the film is set to release on April 10, 2025, and is touted to be an action film set against the backdrop of the drug mafia. Actor Kareena Kapoor Khan was also rumoured to be part of the film, but no official announcement about the female cast has been made yet. (ANI)
