Director James Gunn has officially wrapped up the shoot of the much-anticipated superhero film 'Superman'. According to The Hollywood Reporter, Gunn expressed his appreciation for the cast and crew by sharing a photo from the set and a heartfelt statement on social media. The movie, set for release on July 11, 2025, reboots the iconic character in the DC Extended Universe under the banner of Warner Bros.
'And that's a wrap,' Gunn wrote. 'God bless our cast and crew whose commitment, creativity, and hard work have brought this project to life. I aimed to create a movie about a good man in a complex world. The goodness and kindness I've encountered on set has inspired me.' He continued, 'Thank you all from the bottom of my heart. Originally titled 'Superman: Legacy,' the film features David Corenswet as Superman and Rachel Brosnahan as Lois Lane.
