BJP MP Kangana Ranaut on Monday lauded Bangladesh leader Sheikh Hasina for feeling secure in India amid volatile conditions in Bangladesh. Hasina stepped down as Prime Minister and arrived near Delhi in a military aircraft.
Ranaut, also an acclaimed actor and BJP MP from Himachal Pradesh, criticized Muslim countries for being unsafe and defended the concept of 'Hindu Rastra.' "Bharat is the original motherland of all Islamic Republics around us. We are honoured that the Bangladeshi Prime Minister feels safe here," she said in a social media post.
Amid violent protests, Hasina fled Bangladesh and reached the Hindon airbase near New Delhi. Initially planning to go to London, diplomatic sources reveal that she has been temporarily moved to a secure location within India, with plans possibly shifting due to unforeseen issues.
