Celebrating Young Hospitality Stars: Winners of YYY India Finals Announced

The inaugural Young Chef Young Waiter and Young Mixologist India Finals were held at Taj Lands End Hotel, Mumbai. Winners from various categories were celebrated at an awards dinner hosted by Ajeenkya DY Patil University. The event emphasized the importance of young talent in the Indian hospitality sector. Winners will compete in the world finals in Singapore.

The inaugural Young Chef Young Waiter and Young Mixologist India Finals took place at the prestigious Taj Lands End Hotel in Mumbai. The event culminated on July 29, 2024, with an awards dinner hosted by Ajeenkya DY Patil University.

Winners were announced for each category: Labdhi Chheda from The Corinthians Resort and Club in Pune won in the Chef category, Paresh Singh from M.S. Ramaiah University clinched the Waiter category, and Rebeca Peter Dias from Taj Lands End Hotel emerged victorious among mixologists.

These young talents will advance to the WorldYYY competition in Singapore this November. Esteemed judges from the hospitality sector played an essential role in evaluating the competitors.
