Governor Raghubar Das extended his greetings, offering blessings for peace and friendship. Celebrations also took place at key temples, including the Baladev Jew temple in Kendrapara and the Jagannath temple in Puri. Leader of opposition Naveen Patnaik echoed these sentiments, wishing the state well on the occasion of Holy Raksha Purnima.
