Madhya Pradesh Chief Minister Mohan Yadav announced on Saturday that the state will develop pilgrimage sites linked to Lord Krishna. Speaking at a public event honoring Mahant Nritya Gopal Das, Yadav emphasized the archaeological and mythological importance of locations such as Janapav in Indore, Sandipani Ashram, Narayana village in Ujjain, and Amjhera in Dhar district.

Yadav praised Mahant Nritya Gopal Das for his lifelong dedication to preserving Sanatan culture and his significant role in the Ram Mandir movement. He highlighted the historical connection between Madhya Pradesh and Ayodhya, referencing how the original Ram temple was destroyed by Babar and recounting its reconstruction.

In other developments, Yadav outlined plans to create a new metropolitan area combining Indore, Ujjain, Dewas, and Dhar districts. Addressing recent waterlogging issues in Indore, he urged officials to prevent a recurrence of such problems.
