Noted actor Pavan Malhotra achieved a significant milestone on Tuesday, as he was honored with his second National Film Award for Best Supporting Actor, recognizing his impactful role in the Haryanvi film 'Fouja.' The prestigious accolade was presented by President Droupadi Murmu at the 70th National Film Awards ceremony held at Vigyan Bhawan in New Delhi.

In a candid interview with ANI, Malhotra conveyed his elation and reflected on his unique connection to the film. "Winning the National Award is a substantial achievement," he remarked. "This marks my second National Award, with my first received in 1998. I received this honor for 'Fouja,' a project that is incredibly dear to me. I've been fortunate to work on remarkable films and collaborate with outstanding directors, but 'Fouja' holds a special place in my heart. I attribute all my success to the Indian Army."

Pavan Malhotra, famed for his role in 'Jab We Met,' first garnered a National Award for his performance in the 1998 film 'Fakir.' With a career spanning nearly four decades, Malhotra boasts an impressive filmography of over 55 films in multiple languages and appearances in more than 16 television shows.
