One Punch Man Season 2 trailer vows Garou’s ‘slaughter party’, More characters revealed
'One Punch Man' Season 2 is absolutely a highly anticipated anime sequel of 2019 and the anime lovers are dying to get some relevant updates on it. And Viz Media recently turned up quite smart putting fuel to the hype by dropping a new trailer with English subtitle.
The recently launched teaser of 'One Punch Man' Season 2 spurred more speculations among the anime lovers with the official introduction of a new antagonist. The trailer starting with the message 'The Strongest Punch is Back' begins with the protagonist Saitama who is always seen capable of smashing his opponent(s) with just a single punch. Many times we have seen him getting mentally jaded due to the paucity of vigorous opponents who could continue confronting his powerful punches. He (Saitama) also gets a description in the trailer 'The Man Who Became Too Strong'.
However, the new teaser of 'One Punch Man' Season 2 reveals a very powerful antagonist named Garou by defining him as 'A Shadowy Man Who Confronts the Heroes'. Next is Speed of Sound Sonic who gets the description 'The Ninja Who Hunts the Secret of Saitama's Strength'. The upcoming season will also feature Hellish Blizzard whose description is given as 'The Queen Diva of Her Own Hero Group'. The trailer further hints the presence of King with a beautiful clarification 'The Most Powerful Human on Earth'.
On the other hand, the recent Viz Media's trailer drops an added description of Garou (as 'A Shadowy Man Who Confronts the Heroes') who is seen pitching a note 'Time to carry out evil – This'll be a slaughter party' with a sarcastic smile. This gives an impression that the powerful villain Garou is vowed to be in a hero-hunting mission and transmute it (his mission) into a 'slaughter party'. It (the teaser) at the end reassures that 'there are lots of super-strong bad guys in the world', which undeniably indicates that the upcoming season is going to have severe action between Saitama and the villains with much shedding of blood.
Saitama, who looks quite young in 'One Punch Man' Season 2 trailer, is observed having a small blush on his head. Nonetheless, the Japanese superhero series is likely to premiere in April this year. The exact date is yet to be officially revealed.
