NCIS Season 16 episode 13: Young hidden girl’s identity revealed, Ziva’s case reopened

Last episode of NCIS Season 16 will be aired on Tuesday, February 5, 2019. Now fans are wondering when they will be able to welcome NCIS Season 17. Here we’ve some updates on the action police procedural television series.

NCIS Season 16 just returned from its short winter hiatus, but the show is confirmed to go for another break after the airing of episode 13 titled ‘She’ on February 5. The same episode is likely to air in Britain in late spring. The CBS series already went for a three weeks break after the airing of episode 12 titled ‘The Last Link’ on January 15.

The returning of Cote de Pablo in NCIS Season 16 will never happen even in the final episode. Pablo played the role of Ziva David from season 3 to 11. However, the upcoming episode may take the viewers to see some of the clips of Ziva related to the ongoing case as NCIS has reopened an old case that is linked to a former agent. Spoilers suggest that the team will find a bewildered and malnourished child of around 9 years of age hiding at a storage unit. She is believed to be the daughter of a Navy recruit who already went missing around 10 years back.

On the other hand, notes left by Ziva attract the Agent Eleanor Bishop’s (Emily Wickersham) eyeballs. Fans will obviously think that the agent continues pursuing the case despite the official closing of the case. The old case will surely give Jethro Gibbs (Mark Harmon), Timothy McGee (Sean Murray) and other members some nostalgic feel as the case deals with one of their close associates. Moreover, to remind you, as we had seen in the series finale aired in 2016, Ziva was killed in a mortar attack in Israel.
