In a blend of spiritual devotion and cinematic promotion, actress Tamannaah Bhatia participated in a holy bathing rite at the Mahakumbh Mela in Prayagraj. Known for her roles in films like Aranmanai 4, Baahubali, and Rebel, Bhatia shared the spiritual experience with her family during this sacred congregation.

Donning a traditional salwar kurta, Bhatia described the pilgrimage to ANI as a 'once in a lifetime chance.' She expressed feeling uplifted by the shared faith and devotion that unites the vast crowd. Bhatia emphasized the mutual grace that allows individuals to partake in such a monumental event.

The visit was serendipitously timed with the teaser release of her upcoming film, Odela 2, where she portrays a Sadhvi. Directed by Ashok Teja, the film is a sequel to the 2022 production Odela Railway Station. The Mahakumbh Mela, a massive cultural and religious event drawing numerous celebrities including singer Shaan and actors Vivek Oberoi and Juhi Chawla, continues to see devotees arrive in large numbers.
