Rohit Sharma's Mumbai Apartment Hits Rental Market with Lucrative Yield

Indian cricketer Rohit Sharma has rented out an apartment in Mumbai's Lower Parel for Rs 2.60 lakh per month. The property is located in Lodha Marquise – The Park, a project by Lodha Group. Sharma, along with his father, owns another apartment in the same complex.

In a significant real estate move, Indian cricket captain Rohit Sharma has leased an upscale property in Lower Parel, Mumbai, for Rs 2.60 lakh monthly. The development was officially reported by Square Yards on Thursday.

Rohit Sharma's apartment, located in the Lodha Marquise – The Park, is a prestigious project by Lodha Group. This residential development spans seven acres and is ready for immediate occupancy, offering luxurious amenities.

Sharma acquired the property jointly with his father Gurunath Sharma in 2013 for Rs 5.46 crore. Currently, it is delivering a rental yield of 6 percent. The duo also owns another unit in the same complex, rented since October 2024 for Rs 2.65 lakh per month.
