Assistant Commissioner of Police, Aditya, stated that the gathering turned deadly as unknown individuals attacked the group. Siddhant was stabbed and did not survive the injuries. The authorities are reviewing CCTV footage and actively pursuing all leads.
Siddhant, a fourth-year Electronics BTech student at Dayalbagh Institute, was the only son in his family. His father, Anil Govindam, learned of his son's murder via a late-night call from the police.
